Guest Services
Safe & Secure Park Entry
• The number one priority at Six Flags is guest safety. Metal detectors are placed at the entrances gates to ensure that nothing inappropriate is brought into the park. Please allow staff to inspect anything that you may have upon request.

Severe Weather
• If there are cases of lightning, high winds, and rain, certain rides and attractions may be closed. Everything will re-open as soon as safe operation is assured. There will be no refunds or rain checks on account of inclement weather.

Gasoline/Automobile Assistance
• If assistance is needed on your automobile, please raise your hood if possible and report your vehicle's location to a local security officer. A gas station, located in the main aisle of the parking lot, will have gasoline and other automobile products that you may need.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)
• You can find ATM's in Goodtimes Square right across from Chubbie's Diner and in Mexico right next to Mercado for your convenience.

Lockers
• You can find coin-operated lockers on the left side of the park immediately after entry. All day locker rentals are available. It is possible that large objects may be checked and given an nominal fee at the Service Center, which is located in the Mexico area of the park.

Stroller Rentals
• Stroller rentals are possible for a nominal fee at the Front Gate. Available are single, double, and vehicle strollers.

Kennels
• Available for your pet are air-conditioned kennels. You can find the kennels at the gas station in the parking lot. You will be charged an animal boarding fee.

Baby Care Center
• At the rear of Looney Toons Land, a caboose suited for a nursing and diaper facility is available. All women's and most men's restrooms also provide space for baby changing.

Announcements & Messages
• In-park paging is not offered at Six Flags Over Texas. Please plan to have a specific time and place set for your group to meet. You may leave a message for your group at Guest Relations if necessary. Small children that may get separated from their parents will be taken to the Lost Parnets Caboose at the rear of Looney Tunes Land.

Fist Aid/Health Services
• You can find a health services station in Mexico near the Conquistador ride and adjacent to the La Vibora ride. Guests can leave medication at the health services station during their visit at Six Flags Over Texas. If you have an emergency and need quick help, please contact a park host or hostess.

Guests With Disabilities
• If you would like to recieve information about the services that Six Flags provides to Guests with disabilities, please ask for a Guide for Guests with Disabilities at the Will Call window or Guest Relations.

Wheelchairs
• Due to a limit on the number of wheelchairs in the park, the service is first-come, first-serve based. Wheelchairs are available at the Service Center in the entrance mall area. A nominal fee for a standard wheelchair is $10-$11 and the nominal fee for an Electronically Controlled Vehicle is $35. In order to rent either one, you must leave your driver's license at the Service Center to ensure that the wheelchair or ECV will return. Due to limited resources, Six Flags suggests that you bring your own wheelchair or ECV.

Guest Relations
• If you would like to report positive things about hosts and hostess' or have a question, please report it to Guest Relations located in the main office.

Picnic Area
• Adjacent to the parking lot and near the gas station is a beautifully landscaped picnic area in which is available to all guests.
