Park Policies

Dress Code
• Dressing properly is required. You must wear shirts and shoes at all times. Clothing with offensive or profane logos are not allowed in the park. Shoes with wheels are also prohibited. Park permission may be denied if the attire does not fall under these policies.

Ice Chests & Picnic Baskets
• Please leave all ice chests and picnic baskets in your car as they are not permitted at Six Flags Over Texas. Outside food or drinks are also not allowed into the park. Six Flags offers a nice picnic area in the parking lot by the gas station.

Line Jumping
• Line jumping is not allowed at Six Flags Over Texas. You are also not allowed to save a spot for someone nor leave the line and return for any reason. Violating this rule can turn into being ejected from the park without a refund.

Photography
• You are allowed to photograph, video tape, and create movies for personal purposes only. Commercial purposes without the written consent of Six Flags is strongly prohibited.

Ride Lockers
• Ride lockers are a feature at the attractions of Titan, Texas Giant, Batman: The Ride, and Mr. Freeze. It is a park policy that when riding these attractions, you keep lost articles in these lockers for a fee of $1.00. These lockers are one-time use only and will help prevent items from being stolen or lost while riding these attractions. Items will not be allowed to be placed anywhere in the ride area once you have boared the ride. Six Flags is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Smoking
• Smoking at Six Flags Over Texas is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas can be found throughout the park.

Weapons
• By state law, firearms are not allowed in Six Flags Over Texas. The law is supported with electronic screenings, which take place at the Main Gate. Please allow employees to search any kind of bag for any purpose as metal may activate the screeners.
